アメリカ、Yahoo! Search Marketing （元の Overture ですね） は 「Think Big」 と題して起業家からビジネスプランを募集、その事業計画内容と野心の大きさを競うコンテストを開催しています。

Yahoo Contest To Award 10 Million Free Ads To Winning Small Business ： INTERNETWEEK.COM

Yahoo Search Marketing announced its "Think Big" contest, which will award one small business with 10 million free ad impressions on Yahoo. Eight million of the ads will be on Yahoo sponsored search, and 2 million will be banner ads on the Yahoo network.

優勝者には Yahoo! ネットワーク上に 1000万インプレッション分の広告を無料で掲載する権利がもらえるそうです。

The contest is open to privately held U.S. small businesses with less than 99 employees who have a live website with "meaningful" content that is relevant to their business. Businesses in adult entertainment, gambling or travel-related industries are prohibited from entering.

コンテストの参加資格はアメリカ在住で、99人未満の中小企業。事業内容に関するウェブサイトを開設していることで、ギャンブル、アダルト、旅行関連のビジネスは対象外。

ちなみにコンテストサイトで挨拶しているのは、コンテストのオフィシャル審査員を務める Virgin Group の Richard Branson 氏です。
