自動更新を有効にしていれば、この更新プログラムが適用されるはずです。

Windows 8、Windows Server 2012、Windows RT 上の IE10 における Adobe Flash Player の脆弱性 （Adobe - Security Bulletins: APSB13-17 - Security Updates available for Adobe Flash Player） を修正するもの。こちらも自動更新で提供されていますので、更新するようにしましょう。
IE 以外のブラウザ向けにもアップデート版が Adobe から提供開始されています。
